  3.1-What does the product name represent?
 
 

On all ICT products, there is always a sticker marked clearly with product name, interface, voltage and serial number.

To know what they represent, please refer to the right product type below:


  3.2-What option of protocols, which ICT bill acceptors offer?
 
  There are several protocols available for customers to choose from :
  • A / V Series :
    Pulse
    ICT protocol (RS232)
    NISR
    MDB

  • P Series :
    Pulse
    ICT protocol (RS232)


  • U / UF Series :
    Pulse
    ICT protocol (RS232)
    CC-Talk
    Parallel Board
    MDB

  3.3-What do Dip-Switches control?
 
 

There are several banks of Dip-Switch, which are all for different purposes distinctively.

A / V Series has 3 banks of Dip-Switch; one locates under the CPU board cover with 4 dip-switches. The other two banks of Dip-Switch are located on the side of the unit, one with 8 dip-switches, the other one with 4 dip-switches.

P / U / UF Series has 2 banks of Dip-Switch only; both of them are located on the side of the unit, one with 10 dip-switches, the other one with 4 dip-switches.
