4.1-What error messages correspond to the number of blinks?
Any A / V Series bill acceptor has a message LED at rear of the main base, which will flash in number of blinks, when experiencing technical problems and stop from working spontaneously.
A table sticker with all LED blinking messages can be referred on the stacker of any A / V Series bill acceptor.
As for P / U / UF Series bill acceptors, the message LED is located at Bezel; when experiencing problems, the Bezel LED should then flash in red.

4.2-How do I troubleshoot when facing technical problem?
ICT has edited simple troubleshooting manuals for A / V Series and P / U / UF Series bill acceptors that have specified most of possible minor technical malfunctions.
Please note, customers are advised to keep their bill acceptors clean under any working environment; most of minor malfunctions can be eliminated or prevented by conducting regular cleaning and calibration.
Furthermore, customers should always return those bill acceptors with unknown malfunctions back to local ICT service center or distributors for further repairs.
